Our story
Family-run, local and hands-on
Who we help. Homeowners, families with children and pets, landlords and tenants, and local businesses with offices or shared spaces that need a genuine deep clean rather than a quick surface wipe.
What we specialise in. Carpet, stair and upholstery cleaning, plus rugs, hard floors, natural stone and tile and grout. Don uses hot water extraction and low-moisture methods, with separate processes for synthetic and natural fibres.
Experience. Don started Dons Cleaning Services in 2023 and brings three years of trade experience. He is trained and certified by Texatherm Systems.
Where we work. Based at 5 Blair Parade, Haverhill, covering homes and businesses across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.
The outcome is simple: cleaner, fresher rooms, handled by one person who treats your home with respect, whatever the size of the job.
Mission and standards
The same standard on every job
No job is too small or too big. A single dining chair gets the same care as a full office floor.
Quality standards
Trained to Texatherm’s methods. Every clean is a genuine deep clean and sanitise, using industrial air movers and heater fans to speed drying.
Service philosophy
Respect for your property and your time. Biodegradable, non-hazardous solutions that are safe around children and pets.
