Quotes and prices
Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the job differs on the day (size, condition or items), we will agree any change with you before starting. Prices shown on this website are a guide.
Before we arrive
Please give clear access, a water and power supply, and let us know about any delicate, antique or previously treated items, or known existing damage.
Results
We always aim for the best possible result, but some stains, wear, fading or damage may be permanent and cannot be removed. Results depend on the fibre, age and condition of the item.
Insurance and liability
DCS holds £5,000,000 public liability insurance with Direct Line. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
